-----------------------MINUTES ---------------------------
Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for patent disclosure:

- No one declared a patent.

AR Review:

- Mike fix typ/min/max spelling for consistency
  - Done

- Mike fix IQ document to use one space between sentences
  - Done

New items:

We looked over editorial changes made by Mike:
- It will have to be posted for offline review

AR: Mike post IQ 1.1 document with full revision history, plus PDF version

Bob motioned that we make the new IQ version 2.0 instead of 1.1:
- Eckhard: Second the motion
- Roll call vote:
  Bob: Yes
  Eckhard: Yes
  Mike: Yes
  Moshiul: Yes
  Pavani: Yes

Mike: What should the Revision section look like?
- Bob: We can keep the long revision list as our private record.
  - It is meaningless to those outside the committee.
- Mike: It is common to document at least major version changes
- We looked at the IBIS summit IQ presentation

AR: Mike post IQ 2.0 document with brief revision history section

Mike: Should "subparameters" be changed to "sub-parameters"?
- Bob: IBIS has gotten this wrong all along (no dash)
  - It would be best to stay with the incorrect IBIS usage, however
  - We could define it as a term
- We decided not to change "subparameter" or define it as a term

Mike: Do we need to define any other terms?
- How about "Golden Waveforms"?
- Bob: Implementation of this has departed from the IBIS spec
  - Better not to mention it

Mike: What procedure was used to release 1.0?
- Bob: The IBIS page points to the Quality page
- Mike: The IQ main page has a left side link to a Specification page
  - It should be fixed to not use a directory listing or frames

AR: Mike change web site to avoid using frames

Meeting ended at 12:05 PM Eastern Time.
